Job Description

Responsibilities

The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Related Digital team with all aspects of engineering design, development, and implementation for our data center infrastructure. This role will focus analyzing the current models for our active data center projects to lower costs, and drive efficiency and performance. This position will be based in Dallas.

  • Assist in the review and development of technical designs for power, cooling, and network infrastructure within data centers
  • Support the research and analysis of our current projects to promote energy efficient solutions
  • Assist with evaluating engineering plans to ensure alignment with industry standards and client needs
  • Attend cross-functional meetings with external clients and internal teams, including construction, operations, and design
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies in data center design, AI infrastructure, and high-performance computing
Qualifications

Related's Summer Analyst Program aims to train and evaluate the next generation of leaders. To be considered for the 2026 Summer Analyst program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2026- Spring 2028
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or other related fields)
  • Strong interest in data center infrastructure and sustainability
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; high proficiency with excel
  • Experience with CAD Design is a plus
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge
  • Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable working with technical documentations and drawings
  • Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA

Compensation:

The hourly compensation for this position is $25-$30#RelatedDigital
