Architectural Project Manager

• Hybrid remote(3 days onsite in Campbell HQ)
• Full-Time/Permanent
• Base salary: $90k - $130k+

We are a leading architecture and interior design firm located in San Jose focusing primarily on Commercial / Corporate Campuses and Tenant Improvements in the Silicon Valley Area. Some of our recent clients include Audi, Volvo, Philips, ServiceMax and more! 

You will be responsible for successfully managing multiple projects, or programs concurrently to meet the objectives of the client's stated program/project. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Experience with commercial projects - workplace is a plus! 
• Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Strong client communication experience 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts.
• Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
