Audit Senior - CPA

Title: Audit Senior (CPA)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (HYBRID SCHEDULE) 
Hourly: $100,000-$120,000/Year + BONUS & BENEFITS 

Requirements for Applicant: 5+ Years working in Profit Auditing, with a preference in Manufacturing and Construction. The candidate will hold a CPA for this role. Leadership in Public Accounting, will be necessary for this role, particularly in the for-profit space. Leadership experience is required, leading a team and managing large workloads.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (1-2 Days in Office, this is flexible depending on the right candidate)

 

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead audits, reviews, and compilations for for-profit clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, offering strategic guidance and proactive communication.
• Prepare financial statements, workpapers, and audit documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Send completed binder to Manager for review.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to shape and grow the For-Profit industry service line.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as staff training, process improvement, and practice development.

 

What You Need for this Position

• Demonstrated leadership experience in public accounting, particularly in the for-profit space.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset.
• Active CPA license.
• Some for-profit audit experience, with a preference for experience in Manufacturing or Construction.
• Strong technical skills and a passion for mentoring and team development.
