SOS Health Care, Inc. dba SOS Care is a 501 (c)3 non-profit direct service provider with clinics in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Charleston. We empower those with autism and intellectual disabilities to thrive on their own.
We operate our business on the Entrepreneurial Operating System ( EOS) and have adopted a solid set of CORE VALUES including Accountability, Courage, Innovation, Integrity, Adaptability and Inclusion . Our mission is to answer the call for help when individuals or families are facing the challenges of autism and intellectual disabilities. Our vision statement is to provide the resources needed for independent living for all individuals in SC with autism and intellectual disabilities, so they are not in danger of becoming homeless. We offer programs and services that support independence throughout all stages of life.
Work Duties Include the Following:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, psychologists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for medical documentation and collaboration with team members
