No Experience Needed — Start Earning Immediately
If you’re ready to launch a long-term trucking career, our CDL-A trainee program based in the Chicago metro area gives you paid training, a professional mentor, and a direct path into a full-time solo driving position with strong weekly income.
Training Pay (First 4–6 Weeks): $650 per week
Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,050–$1,450+ weekly
Mileage Pay (Post-Training): $0.43–$0.51 CPM
Stop Pay: $15 per stop after upgrade
Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor once solo qualified
OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour reset at home
Freight: No-touch dry van — live load/unload + drop & hook
Running Area: 48-state OTR once training is complete
Home Base: Chicago metro and suburbs
Valid CDL-A (recent CDL school grads accepted)
Must be willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks
Must live within 200 miles of Chicago, IL
