We are looking for a career minded, motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Minot, ND as our Clinical Director. Ideally, we are looking for a passionate, superstar Chiropractor who is a team player, but willing to take the lead as our Clinical Director. We offer growth opportunities with a potential partnership available within 6-12 months for the right person in our brand new 6000 sq ft practice. This Clinical Director position will assist with management of the Clinic Drs and patient flow, ensuring continued growth of Chiropractic and soft wave services, allowing the business owners to work more efficiently on the business aspect without managing the clinical aspect.

Duties:

• Patient Exam/Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records/imaging
• Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
• Take and interpret X-rays
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Chiropractic patient care- Manual Adjustments, Diversified, QSM3/Upper Cervical, MC2, TRT, Thompson Drop, Activator Method, Websters Technique, evidence-based treatments, modalities, rehab exercises, and therapy
• Patient education on the exam findings, the benefits of routine chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, and home exercises
• Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
• Re-exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure you’ve met patient and treatment goals
• Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, CA’s and administrators for comprehensive patient care
• Promoting wellness chiropractic to our patients and the community at large, Participating in practice promotion and marketing events
• Ensure patient retention is increased, along with PVA, pt visits, and collections show steady and sustained grow
• Assist with the direction of weekly Dr’s meetings
• Ensure Doctor and Patient flow is optimized
• Ensure Patient relationships, referrals, retention, and results are all vastly improved.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in ND
• Experience required

Schedule:

• Full time

Salary (range):

• D octors earning $100-$150k in their first or second year with higher levels realistically achievable.
