Position Title: Clubs & Bars Supervisor - Kohl Center Arena & Camp Randall Stadium

Pay Range : $18.00 to $19.00

Job Summary

Summary : Join a dynamic and exciting team as the Clubs & Bars Supervisor with Levy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison! This role offers a unique opportunity to work across three iconic venues – Kohl Center Arena, University Ridge Golf Course, and Camp Randall Stadium – and play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for guests. You'll be in charge of overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest levels of service during major events. We offer a collaborative, energetic work environment with flexible hours and plenty of room for growth! 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service. 
  • Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing , and communicate this clearly to your team. 
  • Ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times. 
  • Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service , resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. 
  • Take charge of inventroy management , minimizing waste while maintaining product quality and value. 
  • Oversee marketing materials , ensuring signage is current and engaging to enhance the guest experience. 
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations , both Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service. 
  • Verify and manage opening and closing inventories , ensuring accuracy at all times. 
  • Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual. 
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations. 

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments. 
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus. 
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and customer service – you thrive in high-energy environments and love creating memorable experiences. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively. 
  • Valid ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent is preferred. 
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Fluent in English.
