Certified Public Accountant (CPA)BNA CPA & Advisors Rock Hill, SCBNA CPA & Advisors, a rapidly growing, relationship-driven CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our expanding team. We serve a diverse portfolio of small businesses, high-net-worth families, and fast-growing entrepreneurs with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and proactive advisory work.Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Conduct tax research and provide strategic tax planning recommendations. Make year-end adjusting entries and apply accounting knowledge to help ensure clients financial records are accurate, complete, and properly organized. Review financial statements and provide insights to clients. Assist with year-end planning, quarterly estimates, and multi-state tax situations. Support implementation of tax strategies, advisory recommendations, and internal process improvements. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support. Collaborate with CAAS, wealth advisory, and admin teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide training, coaching, and support to coworkers to help strengthen their skills and contribute to consistent, high-quality work across the team. Utilize firm software systems such as Xero, CCH Axcess, Karbon, and others (training provided).Qualifications Active CPA license required. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of public accounting or tax experience. Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients. Comfortable working in a tech-forward environment.
