This position requires the ability to work in the Salem, MA offices. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Education and/or experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university and five+ years of related experience. Appropriate computer skills, including database analysis. Licensed appraiser or equivalent training to be able to recognize deficiencies in appraisals and evaluations as well as changes in market trends and conditions. Working knowledge of environmental reporting and regulatory issues to be able to recognize deficiencies and environmental issues in order to work with consultants effectively.
