Pridestaff is now hiring for data entry of incoming jewelry logging descriptions.

Hiring Part-time 12:30pm-5:30pm - Monday-Friday.

Job Types: Part-time

Salary: $17.00

Position Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering information from incoming customer work orders into the internal system. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders and requires precision, focus, and integrity. The position is desk-based and includes hands-on handling of customer jewelry items. Although this role does not involve direct customer interaction, it plays a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Accurately inputs data from customer work orders into the company's system, ensuring all relevant details are correctly documented.
•    Handles and inspects physical jewelry items to ensure accurate correlation with the corresponding work orders.
•    Reviews submitted documentation for completeness and flags any missing or unclear information for internal follow-up.
•    Follows all protocols related to the handling and security of valuable items.
•    Organizes and maintains digital and physical records as needed.
•    Adheres to company policies and procedures to support operational efficiency.
•    Performs all other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
•    Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in data entry and handling of jewelry.
•    Trustworthiness: Reliably manages high-value items and confidential customer information with integrity.
•    Dependability: Punctual, consistent, and reliable in completing daily tasks.
