The Document Processing Specialist performs all activities involved in the preparation, printing, handling, scanning and retrieval of medical records and documents from various systems for the timely filing or re-adjudication of medical claims by the Revenue Specialist teams and Account Management. The Document Processing Specialist also helps support sending out and receiving company mail as it pertains to medical claims. This position is responsible for handling patient health information (PHI) and maintaining extreme privacy and security as it relates to confidential and proprietary information.
