Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County is seeking a Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care to our community of Ventura County.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
• Salary Range: $250,000 - 300,000 annually + productivity incentives
• Sign on Bonus up to $125k
• Relocation Assistance up to $20k

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Pay Range
$120.19 - $144.23 /hour
