What the job involves: We are currently seeking an Intern in Finance to join our team. As an intern at JLL, you would work as part of our Finance team at a client site, getting involved in supporting financial operations, analysis, and reporting activities.
As an Intern in Finance at JLL, you will: - Assist with financial data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Help track financial performance metrics and key deliverables
- Participate in team meetings and assist with financial presentations
- Contribute to the development of financial dashboards and reporting tools
- Assist with compliance and audit support activities
- Gain exposure to commercial real estate finance and investment management
Program Details Dates: June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026
Location: McLean, VA
Education, Skills, and Experience - Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to think and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
- Desire to learn more about finance and commercial real estate
- Interest in financial analysis, reporting, or investment management • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
- The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Finance within Commercial Real Estate.
