Full-Time Game Presentation Production Internship

About the Greenville Drive

The Greenville Drive, the High-A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, is committed to providing a first-class fan experience at Fluor Field while serving as a centerpiece of the Upstate South Carolina community. We are seeking one creative, organized, and technically skilled individual to join our team as the Game Presentation Production Intern for the 2026 season.

Position Overview

The Summer Game Presentation Production Intern will focus on creating, managing, and executing the Greenville Drive's in-game entertainment show for the videoboard and in-stadium fan experience. Unlike the Broadcast Production Internship, which focuses on cameras, live feeds, and replays, this role is centered on videoboard content, graphics, motion media, and show operations , combining creative content development with live event execution.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Daktronics and Click Effects systems during games to deliver graphics, video, and interactive in-game entertainment.
• Produce and edit video content, hype reels, sponsor graphics, and motion media specifically for the videoboard.
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and promotions teams to align content with game themes and sponsor activations.
• Assist with scripting and running the in-game entertainment show, including contests, graphics, and fan engagement segments.
• Capture and archive video content from games and events for future videoboard or social media use.
• Troubleshoot show control and content playback issues during live events.
• Maintain an organized library of videoboard content for seamless game-day execution.
• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the in-stadium fan experience through video, graphics, and interactive elements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Broadcast Production, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience with Daktronics and Click Effects strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).
• Knowledge of video production, editing, and motion graphics for live events.
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and operate show control systems.
• Familiarity with in-stadium event production and game presentation workflows.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
