On a daily basis, this role involves writing clear and actionable requirements and user stories for multiple projects as new features roll out, while also engaging in discovery for future projects. The position requires frequent collaboration with stakeholders in marketing operations and creative teams responsible for sports promos, on-air promos, and other content. Using tools like Jira, the Business Analyst will manage tasks and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce at a user level is essential, along with a solid foundation in BA practices such as requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
