Junior Civil Designer — Land Development (Baltimore Suburbs)

Ready to launch your civil engineering career and get hands-on with real-world land development projects? Join a collaborative, growth-minded team where you’ll help shape residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the Baltimore suburbs.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior engineers and designers on site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management plans
• Prepare drawings and design documents using AutoCAD / Civil 3D
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, redlines, and plan revisions
• Coordinate with internal teams and gain exposure to permitting and submission packages
• Learn industry standards, design workflows, and best practices in land development

What We’re Looking For

• 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or land development (internships welcome)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
• A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
