A typical day may involve:

  • Contributing to customer acquisition and retention efforts in designated territories
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to meet external customer requirements 
  • Cultivating strong leadership and interpersonal skills through cross training in all departments
  • Boosting sales through in-store promotional campaigns and scheduled appointments
  • Formulating, executing, and overseeing strategies alongside our marketing and business development crew
  • Engaging, communicating, and problem solving with customers, team members, and higher-ups
  • Problem-solving and making professional judgments regarding customer eligibility (training provided for this area)
