Real Estate Agent – Listings Focus | Leads Provided | Arizona

The Penrose Team | eXp Realty

The Penrose Team is growing and seeking licensed Arizona real estate agents who want to work in a structured, listing-focused environment with consistent lead opportunities and team support.

We are a Top 1% real estate team nationwide and an eXp ICON Team. Approximately 70% of our business comes from listings, providing agents with regular seller conversations and clear opportunities to build their pipeline.

This role is ideal for agents who want systems, coaching, and accountability rather than operating independently without support.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, including cold calling
• Follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads
• Conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations
• Use provided scripts, CRM, and marketing systems
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability
• Represent clients professionally through contract to close

Qualifications

• Active Arizona real estate license (required)

Compensation

• Commission-based
• Typical agents on the team earn between $120,000–$250,000+ annually , depending on effort, consistency, and market conditions
