Job Description Job Description Nielsen Madsen Barber, a long-established civil engineering and land surveying firm located in southeastern Wisconsin, has an immediate opening for a part-time or full-time Marketing Coordinator. The candidate selected for this position will enjoy working at a professional engineering firm with over 71 years of history and a casual work environment. The candidate will also have the opportunity to utilize their marketing knowledge and technology skills to complete a variety of essential tasks and projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Develop / administer the firm’s social media presence. · Assist with the design / development of a new company website. · Develop compelling marketing strategies for attracting new clients. · Coordinate career fairs and assist in vetting potential candidates for employment. · Develop responses to RFQs and RFPs and manage project solicitations. · Management of marketing materials, staff resumes, and project profiles. · Coordinate the deployment of artificial intelligence into daily tasks / workflow. · Conduct project related document research and assembly. · Plan and organize company outings. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Highly innovative with excellent technical writing skills. · Experience with digital and print content creation and management. · Knowledge of email marketing strategies & automation. · Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite. · Prior marketing and social media management experience. · Artificial intelligence skills or desire to learn. · Good organizational / time management skills. · Customer relationship management (CRM).
