📌 Fabrication Plant Manager – Structural Steel

📍 Palm Coast, Florida

💰 Compensation: Up to $140,000, based on experience

As the Fabrication Plant Manager, you’ll be a key leader overseeing the company’s structural steel fabrication operations. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, safety, and efficiency across the fabrication shop, ensuring high-quality output, motivated teams, and continuous improvement in every process.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Fabrication Shop to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Lead and manage production leads, QC inspectors, fitters, welders, machinists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and meet production goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management and shop teams to enhance fabrication methods and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets, production costs, and provide regular performance feedback.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven management experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and industry standards.
• Familiar with safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Tekla PowerFab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of welding, gas systems, rigging, and related tools and equipment.
• Must possess tools to measure and verify basic conformity standards.
• Valid driver’s license required; occasional offsite travel.
