We’re seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to oversee all daily operations—production, safety, quality, scheduling, and team leadership. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage production schedules to meet on-time delivery and optimize machine use

- Ensure product quality and process accuracy using engineering drawings and fabrication standards

- Lead safety programs, audits, and OSHA compliance

- Drive continuous improvement using Lean methods to reduce waste and improve workflow

- Lead, mentor, and develop shop floor personnel

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

- 7–10 years of experience in metal fabrication, machining, or related industrial manufacturing

- 3+ years in a plant or operations leadership role

- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and fabrication standards

- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Lean methodologies

- Excellent communication and team management skills
