This is a National Guard Title 32 excepted service position. This National Guard position is for a Police Officer T32, PDD2155000 and is part of the AZ 161st Air Refueling Wing, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The primary purpose of this position is to protect Federal property from hazards such as sabotage, espionage, trespass, theft, fire, and accident or willful damage and destruction. To maintain law and order, preserve the peace, and protect life and civil rights within the jurisdiction of the military installation. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: AB/E-1 to MSgt/E-7 Compatible Military Assignments: Must possess or able to obtain 3P0X1 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least one year equivalent to at least next lower grade level experience that provided knowledge of a body of basic laws and regulations, law enforcement operations, practices, and techniques and involved responsibility for maintaining order and protecting life and property. Creditable specialized experience may have been gained in work on a police force; through service as a military police officer; in work providing visitor protection and law enforcement in parks, forests, or other natural resource or recreational environments; in performing criminal investigative duties; or in other work that provided the required knowledge and skills. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Education You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
