This position serves as a leader of projects; to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Positional Minimum Requirements :

1. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) Registration.
2. 4 years minimum of post collegiate experience in Land Surveying with a working history in Hands-on design and construction services experience, Staff leadership & development, Project management.
3. Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues with several decision-making entities.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
5. Demonstrated ability to work extended hours when necessary.
6. Demonstrated ability to take on multiple responsibilities.
7. Familiarity with personal safety while on construction sites.
8. Demonstrated ability to work with little direction or guidance and must be available to respond to clients on an as-needed basis.
