Goode Company Server JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our team of professional servers. We're all about genuine Texas hospitality, and our guests expect nothing less than the best-so we're looking for team members who bring energy, pride, and a positive attitude to every shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide exceptional, consistent service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere
- Bring upbeat energy and a warm personality to every table
- Help create a fun, memorable experience that keeps guests coming back
- Accurately handle orders, process payments, and operate POS systems with confidence
- Provide efficiency in order taking and delivery of food/beverages to ensure quality standards and core values are being met
- Pre-bus tables accordingly and remove any trash to provide a clean dining area at all times
- Refill beverages as necessary
- Check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking
- Maintain communication with other staff and management
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and is able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
QUALIFICATIONS - TABC Certified
- Food Handler Certified
- Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- 1 plus years in a high-volume establishment
- Must be 18 years of age
- Well-groomed and professionally dressed
- An appreciation for detail, and a passion for guest service
- Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position
