Job Description
Nexagen Networks is seeking a skilled Web Project Manager to support mission-critical web strategy and operations across enterprise systems.
Position Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee web strategy and day-to-day operations for enterprise websites and related systems.
Develop and manage the business plan and annual budget for website functions.
Accountable for budget oversight, staff planning, resource management, and service delivery.
Oversee operational activities of websites, with a strong focus on content creation and ongoing maintenance.
Lead and mentor development teams by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and supporting skill development.
Manage and deliver technical projects for Ivanit, SBM, and related systems across Azure and on-premises environments.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure processes to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Contribute hands-on to application development, supporting feature delivery and resolving complex technical issues.
Collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, and RMF requirements.
Oversee system monitoring, logging, performance, uptime, and incident response readiness.
Manage release processes, including versioning, approvals, and deployment coordination.
Support modernization initiatives, including containerization (Docker) and hybrid cloud strategies.
Document system architecture, processes, and operational procedures as required.
Qualifications
· Master's degree with 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of Experience.
· CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
· Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus.
· Active Secret Clearance preferred.
