Supply Chain Director

Location: Green Bay, WI area

Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base + annual bonus + long-term incentives (LTI)

Industry: Industrial Consumer Products (B2B)

A well-established, privately held manufacturing organization with a strong U.S. footprint is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead purchasing and procurement strategy across multiple operating entities.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven supply chain professional who can balance strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and team development while operating in a complex, multi-site environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own and execute the global purchasing and sourcing strategy across U.S. and international operations
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed procurement team, including managers, buyers, and analysts
• Drive supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and performance management
• Manage ~$50M in annual spend with a strong domestic supplier base and selective international sourcing
• Build long-term, value-driven supplier partnerships (quality, reliability, continuity over lowest cost)
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations leadership
• Mitigate supply risk through diversification, market analysis, and proactive planning
• Leverage and optimize ERP systems, analytics, and KPIs to drive visibility and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive global supply chain or procurement experience
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with direct people management responsibility
• Experience leading managers and influencing cross-functional executives
• Global sourcing exposure (China and/or Mexico experience strongly preferred)
• Strong background in supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and contract management
• Comfortable operating in a multi-entity, matrixed organization
• ERP-driven, data-oriented decision maker with a continuous improvement mindset
