\nCath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Tech II
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Full-time weekdays 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with one variable weekday off per week
\n• On-call required: 1 weekend per month (5:00 PM Friday to 6:30 AM Monday) and 4 weeknights per month (5:00 PM to 6:30 AM next day)
\n• No weekend commitment outside of on-call responsibilities
\n• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a cath/EP lab required
\n• Must be able to scrub for all types of heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures
\n• Preferably RCIS or RCES licensure; ARRT licensure acceptable with scrub experience in cath lab
\n• ACLS and BLS certification required
\n• Knowledge of Merge Hemo documentation system preferred
\n• Ability to scrub in sterile environment for undetermined time periods
\n• Must wear lead aprons weighing up to 5 lbs. for extended periods
\n• Assist with patient transfers to/from stretcher/bed to procedure table with team assistance
\n• Monitor diagnostic cardiac catheter procedures and intervene appropriately during lethal arrhythmias
\n• Perform cardiac outputs, O2 saturations, and ACT measurements
\n• Calculate basic hemodynamic parameters and record catheterization events
\n• Demonstrate understanding of cardiac, vascular, respiratory, and renal physiology and pathology
\n• Recognize ECG waveform morphology, wave patterns, and their significance
\n• Must be comfortable working independently and within multidisciplinary team
\n• High school diploma or equivalent required with graduate degree from accredited Allied Health Sciences program
