LanceSoft is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Rochester, New York.
Job Description & RequirementsRI Technologist Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: \n- Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility\n- Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging\n- Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable\n\n- Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information\n- Patient care tasks as needed\n\nMRI Technologist:\n- Two (2) Years' Experience\n- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)\n- MUST HAVE GE or Siemens MRI SCANNER EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED\n- Certification through the ARRT or a similar organization (preferred) - must be willing to obtain this after starting\n\nSpecific equipment they must be familiar with: All Non-Contrast exams, Routine MSK, Neuro, Spine and occasional body MRI.\n\nThey will need to work full time 40 hrs for the first 2 weeks before they begin their solo weekend shift beginning 9/6-7. They may need to be flexible and work day and/or evenings in order to orientate\n\nSaturday and Sunday 6:30am-7:00pm
