Job Description
Hours: Flexible and to be determined.
General Duties:
- Receiving, making, and filtering phone calls and emails, primarily from or regarding victims of domestic violence, abuse, and stalking
- Handling intakes and collection of information
- Scheduling
- Record keeping and filing
- Working with BMP, law enforcement, FJC, APS, CPS, attorneys, and other agencies
- Court filings of restraining orders
- Research as assigned
- Reporting daily duties
- Other training as assigned
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Valid state or federal ID
- Typing and general computer and internet skills
- Correct spelling and proper grammar and writing skills
- Professionalism, empathy, and ability to deal with sensitive, graphic, and confidential information
