Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated full-time Weekend Registered Nurse. This role offers flexible scheduling, but the commitment to work both Saturday and Sunday is essential. As a Weekend RN, you will be a vital part of our team, performing skilled nursing visits to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough nursing assessments and evaluations.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting patient progress and care plans meticulously.
• Coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
