Campus Tour Guide (Student)

Job Description:
- Give daily tours to campus visitors
- Plan and help with Enrollment Services events. Example: Open House, University Experience
- Be present on campus to engage with prospective and current students
- Help with maintaining golf carts and guest apartment
- Assist in other duties as assigned
Skills:
- PC, Mac and Microsoft Office operation knowledge
- Telephone and operating systems knowledge
- Knowledge of our campus, its departments, events, and activities
Qualifications:
- Superior interpersonal skills (the ability to interact with anyone and begin a conversation)
- Event Planning (be able to lead and organize events with the background assistance of the Enrollment Team)
- Reliable and punctual (early is on time and on time is late)
- Flexible (able to adapt to last minute changes)
- Self-motivated (will take on tasks that are needed, without being asked)
- Organized (able to balance work and school)
- Innovating (able to throw out ideas and brainstorm in a group)
- Positive attitude (ability to stay positive when situations change - bring up the mood of the group)
- Communication skills (able to communicate with other students, prospective students, parents, and faculty and staff)
- Must be a current La Sierra University student
Wage Range: $16.50 to $17.30 per hour
