This opportunity is designed for drivers who want long-term stability, consistent freight, and professional support — not a revolving-door trainee role.
Training Pay: $650 per week for the first 4–6 weeks
Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (experience-based)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded
Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
Most trainees transition to solo status quickly once training requirements are completed.

OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour reset
Running Area: 48-state OTR after training
Home Base: Cincinnati, OH metro region

You earn pay from day one while learning from experienced trainers. Once upgraded, you move into a solo role with assigned equipment, steady dispatch, and nationwide freight support. This program is built for drivers who want consistency, growth, and longevity in the industry.
Upon completion of the trainee phase, drivers are upgraded to a solo OTR position . Most drivers see stable weekly miles and income shortly after upgrading, with opportunities to continue advancing within the fleet over time.
