CNC Machine Operator – Precision Manufacturing

📍  Location:  Valparaiso, IN
💵  Pay Range:  $23 – $35/hour
🕒  Shifts Available:  Afternoon (3PM–11PM) or Midnight (11PM–7AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect parts.
• Load/unload materials and operate bar feeders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC controls and OSHA safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
