We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll support data-driven decision-making across e-commerce, marketing, operations, and product. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with real business data while contributing meaningful insights to a fast-growing, design-forward brand. This is a paid internship, with compensation ranging from $18 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources (e-commerce, marketing, operations)
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance
• Support A/B testing and performance analysis for marketing and site initiatives
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Help document processes and improve data workflows

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Interest in e-commerce, consumer brands, or lifestyle products
