We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment.
Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing source documents
Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client information
Generate and organize reports as needed
Perform regular data backups to ensure information integrity
Assist with document scanning, filing, and digital organization
Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies
Follow company procedures and quality standards for data management
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong typing skills (recommended 45+ WPM with high accuracy)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
Familiarity with data entry software, CRM systems, or databases (preferred)
