Manufacturing Supervisor – 3rd Shift | Full-Time | Manitowoc, WI
Salary: $64,000 – $70,000 per year
Schedule: Monday night through Friday night, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
About the Role
We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Manitowoc seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead their 3rd shift production team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to drive performance, improve processes, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop production team members to meet and exceed department goals.
Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, safety, and product quality.
Identify and resolve production challenges quickly and effectively.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production reports, materials tracking, and performance metrics.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the shift.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Business, Supervisory Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ISO 9001 or Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, MRP, or CMMS systems a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-noise environment and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
