Salary: Up to $18.00 per hour

Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Clear Lake who is in search of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Maskers.

Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm- $15.00 an hour

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm - $16.00 an hour

3rd Shift: Mon-Thursday, 8:00pm-6:00am - $17.00 an hour

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:00pm-$18 an hour

Key Skills:

• Good work longevity
• Able to read, write and comprehend work instructions
• Good attendance; hasn't been let go for attendance and currently has reliable transportation
• Sitting for a duration of time at a microscope; has fine motor skills: hobbies (examples: crocheting, knitting, cake decorating, arts and crafts)
• Must be able to sit for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

• Using small hand tools, a variety of materials, and microscopes to apply coverage to areas on circuit boards that should not receive a waterproof coating.
• After the coating is applied, you will be taking the materials applied earlier off using the same tools and microscope.
• May use precision measuring instruments
• May perform fixturing and de-fixturing of parts and assemblies
