Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Acute Care

Located within a 500 bed, suburban medical center, this facility has the heart of academia with the resources of a 100 year old community hospital. With a team of OTs, COTAs, PTs, PTAs, and SLPs, the Occupational Therapists here focus on Inpatient Acute Care, covering every unit in the hospital from med/surg to critical care. Volumes on the acute side stay consistent with emphasis on patient education over productivity. Every Occupational Therapist is supported by a buddy system with a dedicated six month training program in place for new graduates!

8:00am - 4:30pm with one weekend per month

Compensation:
$73,500 - $114,500 base salary
+ $10,000 sign on bonus
+ 5,000 Relocation assistance
+ 401k w/ match

Responsibilities:
7-8 adult and peds patients per day
Team of 5 OTs + 15 PTs + support staff
Monday - Friday with 1 weekend per month
Med/surg, oncology, pulm, post-op ortho
Experienced OTs will also service trauma, NICU, ICU, and CVICU

Requirements:
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist
Inpatient acute or rehab experience is preferred
