: Associate Process Manager – SEO (5–8 Years Experience)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Process Manager (SEO) with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in Search Engine Optimization, AI-driven content optimization, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and be capable of applying this expertise to real-world scenarios to deliver measurable results.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead, guide, and motivate teams toward achieving organizational objectives. The candidate must be proactive, self-driven, and committed to enhancing processes, improving customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Performance

1. Lead SEO initiatives using AI SEO tools , with advanced exposure to AEO and GEO strategies.
2. Track, measure, and report website performance , traffic insights, and keyword rankings.
3. Conduct advanced keyword research and optimization to drive organic growth.
4. Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
5. Perform competitive analysis , including keyword gaps, backlinks, and content strategies.
6. Build and manage a strong link-building and outreach strategy .
7. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices in code, architecture, and site structure.
8. Work closely with content, editorial, and marketing teams to integrate SEO into content planning and publishing workflows.
9. Recommend improvements to site architecture, UX, content, internal linking , and other ranking factors.

Process Excellence & Leadership

1. Identify SEO performance issues and propose systematic, data-driven solutions.
2. Conduct process audits and implement best practices using recognized frameworks and tools.
3. Lead and mentor junior SEO analysts, guiding them in execution and career development.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO integration across all digital initiatives.
5. Maintain strong communication with leadership, clients, and internal teams to present insights and strategies clearly.

Required Qualifications

1. Graduate with 5–8 years of proven SEO experience .
2. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms , ranking factors, and technical SEO.
3. Proven experience in AEO & GEO with AI-driven content optimization tools.
4. Demonstrated ability to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
5. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in analytics, reporting, and insights generation.

Technical & Functional Skills

1. Expertise in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, AI SEO platforms, etc.
2. Strong understanding of HTML, site architecture, and content optimization techniques.
3. Ability to create, implement, and refine scalable SEO workflows and processes.
4. Competence in working with development, content, and marketing teams.
