What You'll Do

1. Paint as per plans
2. Read and work from blueprints, plans, and project specifications
3. Collaborate with estimating and operations teams
4. Cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other building materials
5. Maintain quality workmanship
6. Complete daily logs and project updates
7. Follow local building codes and company safety procedures

What You Need

1. Professional painting experience (2+ years)
2. Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and plans
3. Knowledge of commercial construction practices
4. Own tools + reliable, insured truck or van
5. Workers' Comp & General Liability Insurance
6. Auto & disability insurance
7. OSHA 10 (required)
8. Strong communication & customer service skills
9. Ability to work independently and with a team
