Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 10+ years proven enterprise software supply chain sales experience and 5+ years managing enterprise-level software sales teams.
• Experience working extensively in North America with distributed teams.
• Possess strong leadership skills and experience in sales management, primarily leading a team selling into CPG and Manufacturing Industry accounts in North America.
• Demonstrable success in sales strategy, business growth through new business and account hunting, account management, and farming.
• Openminded, handson, teamoriented, and downtoearth communicator.
• Solid experience interacting effectively with inside sales, presales, alliances, product, and sales operations to create the best outcomes for customers and the company.
• Track record of building and maintaining positive longterm, winwin relationships with clients, crossfunctional stakeholders, and team members.
• Must possess a valueselling DNA and a strong background utilizing valueselling tools.
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated in customer interactions, proposals, sales communications, internal updates, and sales operations reporting in Salesforce.com.
• Proven sales leadership: build, mentor, develop, motivate, and manage a highperforming sales team focused on enterprise SaaS for the supply chain sector serving customers in the CPG and manufacturing industries.
