This is a fun game that emphasizes clear communication, listening skills, and teamwork. Choose a large indoor or outdoor area and divide youth into two groups. You will need blindfolds for every person except for two. Place the groups at opposite ends of the space, and all people wear a blindfold except for one on each team. The one person who can see is the leader, and they must lead his/her team across the space/field by providing clear, specific commands to all team members. Make sure that the role of team leader rotates. There can be a winning team (who crosses to the other side first) or not.
