1. Have your participants research and examine different systems for resolving conflicts, including various indigenous systems.
2. Form teams of problem-solvers representing the various systems.
3. Each team is given a group challenge with a conflict at the center, and they endeavor to resolve the conflicts in culturally responsive ways, according to the system to which they are assigned.
