Summary
Participants will consider what they would do if they were able to reconstruct current events.
Instructional Strategies
1. Have participants take a thorough look at a current event or an event within the classroom, school, family or community.
2. Encourage them to mentally rewind this event, how would they rebuild the story?
3. Ask them to consider when were there critical points of challenge or failure?
4. Ask them to think what would they have done at those critical points?
5. With young children, this can be used when debriefing a conflict between peers.
Participant Tasks
