Summary

Organizer planned and put on a successful peacebuilding event for West Hawai`i children and their families. “I wanted to share Ceeds of Peace with as many West Hawai`i community members as I can, in a fun way. So I started a planning committee with 12-15 partners, and we came up with a “Peace Walk & Rally” and invited the larger W. Hawaii community. Ceeds got to share their message, other speakers presented (Police, Mayor’s office, school Principal), We walked together past all the Kealakehe schools, and had a fun family peace rally with music, food, and entertainment at the HS”.
